Back End Development
A Back End Developer is responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work front-end web developers do. Back End Developers write web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers.
A Brand Strategist works to ensure a consistent and effective brand message. A strategist will develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and define brand elements and tone. A Brand Strategist will find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with stakeholders from all business units and clients to define and document business processes and technical requirements for digital initiatives. A Business Analyst bridges the gap of understanding between business and IT through the analysis and communication of requirements.
Client Services (Account)
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
As a Content Strategist, you will achieve business goals by maximizing the impact of content; to get the maximum business value out of content, the strategist must consider its purpose, management, production, delivery, measurement and re-use, taking into consideration the long-term capabilities and priorities of the organization.
As a Copywriter, you will work with the creative and IT teams to brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into words for editorial content. The copywriter is responsible for the overall tone, voice, and message of the content.
As a Data Scientist, you will build statistical models and analytics to measure, track, and understand the results of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Data Scientist will interface closely with the marketing team to research and support strategic planning.
A Designer creates the look, layout and features of a website. They are involved in the technical and graphical aspects of pages, producing not just the look of the website but determining how it works as well. Once a website is created, a Designer helps with maintenance and additions to the website. They work with development teams or managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.
An Experience Designer is a Designer who specializes in the process of enhancing user satisfaction employing user-centric designs and techniques. User experience design includes elements of interactive design, information architecture, user research, and other disciplines, and is concerned with all facets of the overall experience delivered to users.
Front End Development
A Front End Developer is responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with through their web browser when using a web application. They are usually supported by back-end developers, who are responsible for server-side application logic and integration of the work that Front End Developers do.
An Intern will interface across all of our departments and support day to day activities. A Mobile Developer will design and code programs that run on phones, tablets, and also make web applications. The Mobile Developer will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, and IT teams to deliver the complete customer experience on mobile devices.
A Program Manager (PM) accomplishes objectives by establishing project scope, designing and delivering solutions, and leading team members to successful project completion. This is a demanding, high-visibility role as the PM is always on the front line for client contact.
